How can we adopt the online educational method used in this global epidemic of corona virus .

- The COVID-19 has resulted in schools shut all across the world. Globally, over 1.2 billion children are out of the classroom.
- As a result, education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e-learning, whereby teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms.
- Research suggests that online learning has been shown to increase retention of information, and take less time, meaning the changes coronavirus have caused might be here to stay.
Greater Noida : Today on 2nd June 2020 , student of Gautam Buddha University organised a discussion session through Google Meet over the ‘pros and cons of incorporating Online Education System in India’

The session was presided by Prof. Sanjay K sharma, Dean, School Of Information and Communication Technology,Gautam Buddha University and the conveners of the session were Abhay ji, Vibhag Sangthan Mantri, Ghaziabad Vibhag ABVP and Abhishek Yadav ji, State Convener (Professional Education),ABVP Meerut State.
In reference to one of his examples stated earlier,Prof Sharma said that the online education system has both positive and negative aspects. He also stated that the surrounding of a 21st century student is an ocean of knowledge and there are various pre existing e-learning platforms already in action such as Gyan 1,Gyan 2, Gyan 3 managed by DD National and various other platforms managed by the Central Government. It’s only that the CoVID 19 pandemic has brought this out in a more profound manner.Digital education has landed into the study scopes of all the students and its reach is definitely going to increase exponentially in years to come!
